What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is non-judgmental moment to moment awareness.
Mindfulness allows you to deal more skilfully and more effectively with stress, anxiety,
depression or whatever life brings your way, helping you with inner strength, stability and wholeness.(A must for every human being:)
Dr Gerald Levine, MD has been a Family Physician in Barrie since 1985.
Dr Levine has been teaching the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction
Program through the Center For Inner Freedom in Barrie for many years now,
and wishes to share these principles with you in a retreat setting.
